The majority of the automobile students of KSRCE are the members of SAE, Which is the society especially for the automobile engineers. It is the Society, which connects the automobile engineers across the world.
Most of our students are having student membership and frequently they participate in the competitions that are conducted by SAE South India Section. They won prizes too.
AUTOMOBILE ENGINEERING ASSOCIATION (AEA) Association Activities The Automobile Engineering Association (AEA) plays a vital role in shaping the future of automobile engineering students by providing a platform for academic, technical, and social development. Established in the academic year 2011-2012, AEA has not only fostered a sense of community and collaboration among automobile engineering students but also ensured that they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and professional networks necessary to excel in the competitive and ever-evolving automotive industry. Through its various roles and responsibilities, AEA continues to serve as a bridge between education and industry, empowering future engineers to drive the innovations of tomorrow’s automotive world. AEA plays a key role in enhancing the academic development of its members. It organizes various workshops, seminars, symposium, and guest lectures from industry professionals and experts to give students exposure to current trends and advancements in the automobile sector. One of the most important roles of AEA is to facilitate networking and interaction between students and industry professionals. By organizing industrial visits, guest lectures, and internship opportunities, the association connects students with industry leaders, helping them gain insights into real-world automobile manufacturing, design, and maintenance practices. This helps students understand the real-world applications of their academic knowledge.
