MOU
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a formal agreement between two or more parties outlining the terms and details of a mutual understanding or partnership. Although typically not legally binding, an MOU serves as a foundation for cooperation, specifying shared goals, responsibilities, and expectations. MOUs are commonly used between organizations, institutions, or governments to establish collaborative projects, resource sharing, or research initiatives. This document helps ensure that all parties are aligned in purpose and have a clear, documented framework for moving forward with joint efforts.
