ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CIRCUITS LABORATORY:Electronic Devices and Circuits Laboratory helps the students to acquire basic knowledge about the electronic devices like diode, transistor,optoelectronic devices and thyristor families In devices lab, all the device characteristics are studied. In circuits lab, the basic circuits for amplifiers and oscillator are designed and tested. This lab also provides the facility for designing power supplies, regulators etc., and is well equipped with the following facilities.

4. Digital and analog volt and ammmeters
5. Low/high voltage power supply
6. Digital LCR-Q meter

DIGITAL ELECTRONICS LABORATORY: Digital electronics lab is well equipped with sophisticated equipment and spacious with all state of art facilities for experimentation to perform the academic experiments as well as the innovative ideas of students in the form of miniprojects.This lab helps students to acquire basic knowledge about logic gates, integrated circuits,combinational logic circuits and sequential logic circuits.It also includes softwares like VHDL and VERILOG to meet the requirements of modern digital system design.
MICROPROCESSOR AND MICROCONTROLLER LABORATORY: The Microprocessor lab is well equiped with Microprocessors such as 8085, 8086, microcontroller 8051 and ARM 7 kits. In addition to that the lab is enhanced with interfacing boards such as 8279, 8255, 8251, 8253, ADC, DAC, Stepper Motor, DC motor, 8 digit multiplexed display and traffic light controller. The lab is provided with Pentium computers, Floppy disk drive trainer module and Printer trainer along with cross assembler software RIDE.
COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING LABORATORY: This Laboratory provides the students with ample exposure to the principles of AM, FM Modulators and Detectors. Digital principles of PCM, PPM, PAM and FSK/ PSK Modulators and Detectors are illustrated to the students through practical experiments. The RF experiments helps the students to learn the principles of R.F signal generation, Filtering, IF Amplifier and measurement of radiation characteristics of various antennas at R.F. Special mention must be made about the availability of 100 MHz Digital Storage Oscilloscope and 1 GHz Spectrum Analyzer.
DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING LABORATORY: The elegant looking DSP Laboratory is equipped with 40 Computers with latest P4 configuration, with 30 DSP kits such as TMS C 50, C31, C5416 and C 6711. The above DSP Laboratory also has software such as MATLAB 0, MATHCAD & CODE COMPOSER STUDIO.
VLSI LABORATORY :ECE department is proud of providing VLSI design facilities for developing skills in the latest field of VLSI systems. It provides facilities for designing and testing of important aspects of VLSI design with the help of Xilinx and synaptic – CAD.
FIBER OPTICS AND MICROWAVE LABORATORY: Microwave Laboratory is well equipped with three X Band and one J Band microwave benches (Both with reflex Klystron and Gunn source) with various Microwave components. The Microwave Laboratory is supplemented by TDM optical fiber kits to offer insight into the optical communication systems.
COMPUTER NETWORKS LABORATORY: This lab is equipped with 50 HCL and ZENITH systems with major software packages to carryout experiments and analyze the behavior of various network protocols, nodes and links.
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM DESIGN LABORATORY: ESD lab has state of art electronic system design facilities such as process control timer, position control, data acqusition and storage of signals through parallel port to pc, pc based data acquisition using add-on (PCI) card or USB compatible card and PCB layout etc. To assist with integrating new economic electronic technologies. Provide cradle-to-grave support for ongoing research or transitioning to commercialization.
